Yes. We are OQ certified. Our teams are also fully licensed, bonded, and insured. 

2. Do customers need to do anything to prepare?

No – we handle everything from trenching and safety measures to barricades. 

3. Can I DIY underground utilities work?

Unfortunately, you’ll need to be pre-approved by the water department, sanitation, and PG&E to conduct utility work. If you aren’t pre-approved, you risk being fined. Doing work without pre-approval is also a safety hazard, as well as being illegal. Instead, you need to work with a certified contractor like Betz Works.
